LED chips are the most crucial parts of LED downlights. There are different kinds of LED chips available in the market. we use brand chips like Citizen, CREE, and Philips, they can provide high efficiency over 130lm/w and good CRI make a good light environment.
The lower portion of the LED downlights which is connected with the lens is known as housing. Housing is also known as a heat sink that helps LED chips to dissipate the heat and increase their lifespan. There are different kinds of housings such as plastic, plastic with aluminum, and die-casting aluminum. We use the die-casting aluminum heat sink to produce LED downlights. So, you will get the right heat dissipation performance out of our downlights.
Using a reflector in an LED downlight with a COB light source to get strong penetrating light and a narrow beam angle. You will not only get the narrow beam angle but also get even and soft lighting effects by choosing the right reflector.

Gimble downlight allows you to change the direction of the light, which is helpful in some situations. Adjustable lighting should be used in corporate settings. For customers with sloped ceilings or concerns where the downlight is not over a task area, the gimble downlight will allow you to tilt the downlight towards the specific area. However, if you do not need to change the direction of the light, you can opt for fixed downlights, which are also less expensive.
